I can't think of any well know sailing terms for wishing a friend good luck off the top of my head but you could maybe try someting like &quot;wishing you and your crew fair winds, good saiing and first place at the yacht club bar afterwards!&quot;

If I can think of anything better than that later I will post it here.  Hope that helps a bit.
